The Prince Albert Golf and Curling Club is one of the largest in Saskatchewan. The Club was formed in the late 1800's and moved to the present building in 1968. Our building offers 10 sheets of curling ice, viewing area, locker rooms, lounge, kitchen and meeting/banquet rooms.

Our Facility has been host to five national curling events as well as many numerous provincials playdowns and provincial championships. The most recent championship being the 2008 Canadian Senior Men and Women Championships.

There is many different leagues to suit all ages and all types of curlers. We offer evening and daytime leagues for men, women, senior, junior, mixed, two person, competitive.

Try Something different you will realize how much fun you will have, it is a great social, fun, exciting, and physically active sport and most important it is one of the few life long sports.

In 2007 the Prince Albert Golf and Curling club was the first club in Saskatchewan to introduce GLOW CURLING. We had two events in the 2007 - 2008 curling season and they were very successful. Other clubs in Sask have taken notice and have tried it as well. The main goal of the new event is to increase utilization in our facility, introduce people to the game in a fun and exciting way, and it worked. The 2008 - 2009 curling season will see a couple more of these events, always trying to make it better.

New look at the club

Over the summer of 2007 there were some interior renovations done to the curling rink, lobby, and front entrance. The renovation was needed to freshen up the curling rink and brighten it up. We changed the color to a blue and grey from the green it was. We also fixed sheets 1 and 2 and are now using them, we did shut off sheets 9 and 10, so there are still 8 sheets in play.

The money for these renovations came from the money raised at the last three major events our curling club hosted, the 2003 fire on ice, 2004 The National, and the 2005 Canadian Mixed.

Here is a look at the new curling rink:
