The 2009 Econo Lumber Super League playoffs wrapped up on Thursday, March 19th at the Prince Albert Golf & Curling Club. For a second straight year team Bobby Costain took the title defeating team Pete Rieben in the final. In the semi finals team Costain defeated team Reynolds and team Rieben defeated team Goertz. Team Costain is made up of Skip = Bobby Costain / Wayne Ringdahl, Third = Fred Mathiason, Second = Bill Forsyth, Lead = Grant Dennis.

On the B side, Team Ian Mayoh defeated team Bob Gill to take the consolation side.

Congratulations to team Costain for his second straight title. As well a huge thank you to Angus Hemsworth for all of his work with the Econo Lumber Super League and to ECONO LUMBER for their generous sponsorship of the league.
